Avoid intoxicating and harmful substances like bidi-cigarettes, as all of them lead to old age.


In place of tea-coffee etc., use of plain cold or lukewarm water, lemonade, buttermilk, carrot, spinach, beet, gourd, tomato etc. vegetables and seasonal or orange, papaya etc. fruit juice is beneficial.



The patient of diabetes (sugar) should completely abstain from sugar or substances made from it. Reduce the intake of sweet fruits high in fruits. Eat fruit instead of fruit juice.
